I have the gym booked for October 6th and will post in the future weeks if we need to make any changes... Shawn M

Hey Tony! Haven't seen you in a while.

Hants east is in Milford. Take the first exit to shubenacadie, go right off the exit down to the lights, (about 1/4 km or so). Then left about 100 yards....school is on the right.

If you've done it right, off the exit is the green highways depot, right from there to the lights. you will see the local co-op. left from there to the school.

come on out.
