2018 Avon RC Fliers Annual Fun Fly July 28/29..

The Avon RC Flyers are again hosting their Annual Air Show / Fun Fly on July 28/2018, rain date July 29/2018. Registration fee is $10.00 which covers landing fees and the BBQ. We are located at 4499 Highway #14 on the Windsor Forks Road behind Bent Ridge Winery, and Daniel U-Pick Apple Orchard. MAAC is required.

A "Heads Up" to all you intrepid fliers who planned on making your way to AVON on Saturday and/or Sunday. Weather forecasts range from cloudy and chance of a shower, to THERE WILL be lightning!!
A decision will be made Friday evening about if/when we fly. I will be away and won't have access to your site (no I don't have an APP for that), so I won't be able to post directly.
Please check the Avon Site at http://www.avonflyers.ns.ca/cgi-bin/Forum/yabb2/YaBB.pl before you make the trek.
Info will be posted there, no where else. Sorry, thanks, see you there.
