Hi folks,

I'm pleased to bring this announcement.  HEFA is hosting its annual Fun Fly & RC Games Day on Sept. 13 (rain date Sept 14) at our Porters Lake Field.  All current MAAC members are invited to participate and spectators are welcomed.  This year, we will be combining our HEFA Games Day with this event, and it is now opened to all MAAC pilots as well.  We will have open flying (no turbines) at one of the field and contests at the other end of the 2400' field.  Some of the contests are new to our event, such as "helium balloon busting" (fly into the balloon).  Have a look at our poster for more information and a complete list of fun and crazy contests.
