A good crowd out today and lot of flying. Looked gloomy early in the morning but the sun soon appeared and it got HOT!

Jon maidened the Tucano Rob gave him late last year. the plane was about half built and jon finished it over the winter. Rob was on hand for the maiden this morning.

Jon did the launch honors and it flew off easily on the hand launch. very fast and smooth.

Thanks To Rob again, and for coming out for the test flight. that is an awesome airplane! I gotta say that I am so very dissapointed in my wingman/ secretary.......again this weekend left me all on my own. LOL Man good help is so hard to find!!!!! Time for a talk

The Tucano Test Flight exceeded my expectations, both in flying and finish. Shocked

It really "Honks" through the sky with authority .The sound of the scorpion motor make a turbo sound,as if it were the "Real Thing" It sure beats collecting dust in my hanger semi finished.
The "Hand Shake" and Big Smiles tells it all. Grin

Wonderful,wonderful day.....Hi to all the other guys at the field ! You remember me Tongue
