Nite Bear
Feb 13th, 2011 at 3:26pm

Just finished up a new Baby Bear rigged up for night flying.    Oh no…..  not another Baby Bear!   Yup, and dubbed it the Nite Bear.   Roll Eyes

Didn’t cost several thousand dollars and definitely will not qualify for IWAC.    Actually cost less than a good meal at my favorite Chinese restaurant.

Here she is naked.  Then the tail and landing lights installed.

Now to figure how and where to stuff all the doflickies into the Nite Bear.    Oppps, where is the receiver?

Here she is fully clothed.   Used the HC covering and like it.   Goes on nice and very few stress wrinkles to get rid of.

… and finally the finished model, all ready to zoom zoom.

Planning on lots of night flying this year and hope others will rig up a model or two with LED’s and join in the fun.   Cool

I recommend flameless candles Sugerpups.  Cannon crackers with a delayed fuse will also work… save you being embarrassed by your typical landings.  Shocked

I’ll ask my doctor to prescribe something to keep me up well into the evening Al.  I understand there are at least two.  Which one do you recommend?
