I purchased one of these kits. I was, initially, fairly impressed with this kit, for the price, but now I am not so sure it is a good bargain. Since this is the first run of this product, there are many problems that people are having, including myself. Hobby King promises to work out these problems and replace the defective parts. If you are considering purchasing this kit, wait until an updated version is released.
Also, the Turnigy speed controller: http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=3727 recommended by Hobby King is not very well suited for use in this helicopter. The BEC is not good for 6 cells with 4 servos, the super soft start is not very soft, and there is no governor mode (for those that use it).

More info on the problems with this kit is available at the Hobby King forums:

Thanks for that Chris. I was ready to hit the order button after I saw yours, however, I did some digging on this heli, and saw all the problems it was having. I think i'll wait until a V2 comes out.
