Those will work Paul but aren't really the greatest and have a pretty low resolution.  Most of the guys are using the FatShark Dominator V2 goggles. They have a great picture and have a resolution of 640x480.  They also have a built in DVR recorder to record your flights.  They cost a bit but are worth it.  When it comes to FPV, the better the picture, the better the experience.  I'm using a set of the FatShark Dominator V1's which have been great but I'm planning to upgrade to the V2's in the next month or two.

I would also skip out on the Transmitter/Camera that you were looking at.  The Transmitter has a really low power of only 25mw and will give pretty limited range.  We have been using this Transmitter/Camera combo from RCTimer.com and it has been very reliable and provides as much range as you need for the 250 Racers. For $29US it's quite a bargain.
