Pierre Plante brought his AR drone to the indoor  last night.  A neat quadcopter controlled by Pierre's Iphone.  Powered up, the phone and drone create a wifi connection and the machine is controlled by an onscreen joystick.  The left onscreen "stick" when activated by holding a finger over it allows the drone to be controlled by just tilting the phone.

There is a takeoff button which when pressed automatically spools up the drone and lifts it into a steady hover at about three feet.  A landing button replaces the takeoff button once it's flying and just touching this button lands it perfectly.  A panic  button at the top of the screen cuts off power.
