Latest....Jerry Bates Brewster F2A Buffalo scratch built from plans.  Here are the wings, stabs , rudder and elevator.  63" w/s and plan a 4130/16 motor with about a 3300 6 cell battery.  Hope to keep it under 9 lbs.

Excellent Kirk!  glad to see you joining the ranks of larger electrics.

What markings do you plan to use? The Fin's had an interesting one. They also only had around 40 of the craft, yet shot down something over 400 enemy ones.

The Canadians used to add jet boosters on them. That I would like to see on a scale...although that would make it a Hybrid. Popular these days ;)

Intend to paint in USN colours, just haven't decided early 42 or the more colourful pre-war schemes...I'll be back at it shortly as the project was shelved halfway through the fuse construction for other projects.
