A massive thank you to all of those who helped me out yesterday at the track! Tim and the entire medical staff, Ron Munroe for his completely appropriate words at the crash site lol. Kimberley Parsons for sticking with me through all of it, my parents Stephen Bell for going to get the bike, and aĺl of my track friends who have reached out to me and sent thier wishes. I am beyond grateful!

Two broken legs, a badly fractured shoulder and a minor spinal fracture is the list of damage. Hope to see everyone at round 3 (just to hang out!)
