Thanks ASRCM for a terrific day ! Stryker time was most fun for me and thanks to Al I can watch it over and over ! Great warm-up for Margaree Jon and Joe, I came close a couple of times   Roll Eyes Grin It was a beautiful day, the site is a dandy, and it was great to meet up with everyone. I sure know all the faces even if I can't remember all the names,I've been told that doesn't get any easier, guess I'll have to get used to it Grin
Here's a link to some field photos from yesterday, they were taken later in the day after a lot of folks had left , post #269 at bottom of page http://www.rccanada.ca/rccforum/showthread.php?p=950577#post950577
Cheers!

Looks like you all had a great time. Everything of significance was recorded for posterity in a very professional manner by Al Eastman and Frank Macdonald.
Al's video of the Stryker encounter is the best video I have seen. Kudos to the Fliers who kept the models within visible range.
Frank's still shots are superb and show the ASRMC new field off in a spectacular manner.
Thanks Frank for drawing my attention to the Lumix LX3 which has served me well.

I've just added Frank MacDonald's superb aerial photos of our new site to the club web site.

they really show off the new site!

click on the banner above or: www.asrcm.ns.ca

Many thanks for the use of those photos Frank and the kind comments on our event.  Thanks also to John OSullivan for your kind comments and to all who took the time to come out and fly with us.
